Long haired German shepherd puppies are not considered exhibition standard by the United States Kennel club and thus, is not granted to compete in national exhibitions. The owners of the long haired German shepherd puppies could actually naïve whether their puppies win shields because they already have determined that they have the excellent puppies on the earth. This puppy is really beautiful to look at and has a much sweeter disposition than their short haired breed. They also favor to be more comical than the short haired breeds which really attract them to the public. They are wonderful at collaborate task, make remarkable working dogs and perform quite well with police task.

The long haired German shepherd puppies make a wonderful pet and love children. Only 10% of German shepherd dogs are the long haired variety which makes them difficult to discover. Since the Kennel club of America only admires of the small German shepherd so most entrepreneurs do not breed the long haired variety.  There is one evident difference amidst the long haired German shepherd and the short coated German shepherd is that the long haired German shepherd has a longer hair. The features of a long haired German Shepard's coat are that it is very soft and silky and will part along the back. Long haired breed have round shaggy tails and big soft pantaloons with fringes along the back of their legs. These puppies have long hair amidst their toes and shaggy tufts behind their ears. They are usually identified as a long haired breed if it has tufts or ear fringe.

Long haired German shepherd puppies also don't have undercoats, so, they are not impervious to water and make them unacceptable for breed ranges. These breeds also don't shed more than short haired breed, nor does it have a different smell. These are two comments that have traversed the German shepherd breeds and both should be considered false. The long haired one makes a very excellent family dog. This dog has a sweet disposition, works very hard and is intelligent. This breed does good police task and is gentle with assistance task and are very much a working dog. The like affection and struggle hard to please their owners. They are also very funny in the way that only dogs can be funny. They are considered as the good pups and no one needs a shield to tell them so.
